OUR DIRECTOR
Drew Vanderhyde is a creative force and visionary behind Slaygency Talent, Slayettos, and Slay House. After training professionally in commercial dance and musical theatre at college, Drew went on to perform in major productions including Hairspray Live, and danced across the world on cruise ships — experiences that sparked a passion not just for performing, but for creating space for others to thrive.
With a deep love for the industry and a bold commitment to building platforms that empower artists, Drew launched Slaygency Talent — a Scotland-based agency that casts dancers for international gigs, cruise contracts, and land-based work. Alongside that, they founded Slay House (a growing training community), and Slayettos — a movement and brand that celebrates confidence, power, and self-expression through heels dance and beyond.
Drew is all about raising the bar, challenging norms, and helping artists own their space unapologetically — on stage, in the studio, and in life.
OUR HEAD AGENT
Saffron’s journey in the industry has been shaped by high-level training and professional experience. She began her training at Emil Dale Academy before attending Wilkes Academy, where she graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Musical Theatre.
Professionally, Saffron has performed as a dancer on cruise ships and events across the UK, gaining first-hand insight into the demands and rewards of life as a working performer.
As part of Slaygency Talent, Saffron brings her industry insight and dedication to helping performers build careers that reflect their unique strengths, passions, and potential. Drawing from her own professional experience, she’s committed to supporting performers in building confidence, both in the audition room and beyond, and guiding them toward opportunities where they can truly thrive.
